Interesting post that misses the point. - memetic cultures can look like degenerate mess from the outside because of the value captures that happens by some actors - culture is shaped by a couple of high status people who, through their behaviour, teach/show what behaviour/clothes etc are on. The only ones who are allowed to deviate from the normal are these high influential people (research social identity theory). - emotions are an integral part of humans decision making. We are not rational. The post felt like a bashing of memecoins and a call to (re?) elevate crypto discourse to higher - scientific - level. | |
